Project Management

Project Management services encompass all aspects of the supervision, management and control of a building or civil engineering project. We are happy to tailor the scope of services provided to the requirements of the Client on any particular Project.

If requested, we can locate a suitable site, arrange acquisition of land, engage architectural and/or engineering consultants, provide quantity surveying and cost control services and supervise the development of the entire project from inception to final completion.

Construction Management involves direct supervision of construction works including engagement of sub-contractors and suppliers for the execution of the construction works. PMG will provide such services in circumstances where it is impracticable or undesireable to engage a Main Contractor.
